What are our graduation requirements?
The 𝙈𝘽𝙎 graduation certificate is issued when the client has met all of the requirements listed below:
✔️ the company has made a gross profit of EURO 50,000 in one month;
✔️ the person has taken over the company during a period of declining monthly turnover and has managed to reverse this trend;
✔️ the person has successfully delivered training courses;
✔️ the person has conducted or commissioned a staff survey and used the results to create a successful marketing campaign;
✔️ the person has successfully delegated a management function;
✔️ the person, by showing courage, has been able to handle and resolve a situation, involving a colleague or other unproductive person in the company;
✔️ the individual has demonstrated the ability to perform a financial analysis of their company or a sector of their company and has improved the financial position;
✔️ the person is able to hire quality people for their company;
✔️ the person has demonstrated the ability to lead motivational meetings;
✔️ the person regularly uses a Time Management System or personal organization practices that make them effective in time management;
✔️ the person has the ability to sell as evidenced by the completion of at least two very important transactions depending on the size of the enterprise.
After obtaining the diploma of Business Management Specialist, the client also acquires the right to attend the 𝙊𝙎𝙈 business school for entrepreneurs free of charge - should they continue to recognize themselves in our shared values.
